使用工具Using the tools

这些工具免费提供，个人和商业用途都可以。你要为自己处理的内容负责，并确认你有权使用它。不要把网站用于违法的事，也不要干扰它的运行。The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the content you process and for making sure you have the right to use it. Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with its operation.

你的内容Your content

你保留自己在工具里使用的文字和文件的全部权利。在浏览器里运行的工具不会把这些内容发给我们，所以我们不会收到、保存或主张任何权利。You keep all rights to the text and files you use with the tools. Tools that run in your browser do not send that content to us, so we do not receive, store or claim any rights to it.

不作保证No warranty

工具按「现状」提供，不作任何保证。我们努力让结果准确，但不能保证每一个结果都正确，或适合你的用途。重要的结果请自己核对，并保留原文件。The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make results accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every result is correct or suitable for your purpose. Check important results yourself and keep a copy of your original files.

责任限制Limitation of liability

在法律允许的范围内，Morromind 不对因使用或无法使用本网站及其工具而产生的损失承担责任。To the extent permitted by law, Morromind is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.

价格、付款与退款（草案）Prices, payment and refunds (draft)

【草案，待确认】付费功能还没有开放，目前不会产生任何扣款。开放后：价格以下单页显示的为准，用人民币计价（用境外银行卡支付时可能以其他币种计价，下单前会写明）。付款需要先登录，订单在支付机构确认收款后才算成功。每件商品的交付方式和退款规则会在它的页面上写明；还没有开始交付的，可以申请全额退款；已经交付的数字内容，除法律另有规定外一般不退。重复扣款或金额有误的，核实后原路退回。退款通过原支付渠道办理，到账时间以支付机构为准。[Draft, pending confirmation] Paid features are not open yet, and nothing is charged today. Once they open: the price is the one shown on the order page, in Chinese yuan (a card from outside mainland China may be charged in another currency, stated before you pay). You need to sign in to pay, and an order succeeds only when the payment provider confirms it. Each item’s page will state how it is delivered and its refund terms. Anything not yet delivered can be refunded in full; digital content already delivered is generally not refundable unless the law says otherwise. Double charges or wrong amounts are refunded to the original payment method once checked. Refunds go back through the original channel, and the time to arrive depends on the provider.
